Names a row from an extra first column, binding nothing
All 3 scenarios hold
A table can carry one more column than the method has table-bound parameters. The extra first column then names each row's scenario, and becomes the invocation display name.
The method takes two parameters and the table has three columns. The first column is the scenario name. The name may be empty or blank, and the row runs either way.
