Converts a blank cell to null for any parameter type
All 2 scenarios hold
A blank cell converts to null for any nullable parameter type. Null is distinct from the empty string: '' and "" are empty values, not null.
A blank cell means the value is absent. The parameter type does not change that.
The second row holds a value in each of the five columns. A conversion that answers null for every cell fails that row. The first row alone cannot show this.
The expectation names each parameter that receives null, in the order of the columns.
