Nested collections convert to domain types

A richer domain example. Each cell holds a whole class register, which is a map of student names to grade lists. Custom type converters turn it into the domain types Students and Grades before the test method runs.

A student passes on their own average, so Pass Count counts students and not grades.

The second row holds the pair that decides the rule. David's average is just below the pass mark. Emma's average is exactly the pass mark.
