Starts the indent from the annotation's own line
All 5 scenarios hold
A table written in a source text sits inside an annotation. The formatter indents every line of the block, which means the table lines and the closing quotes. It indents them to the indentation of the annotation's own line, plus one configured level.
The formatter reproduces the indentation of the annotation exactly, whatever mix of tabs and spaces it holds. It then adds the configured level in the configured style.
Source lines hold the block as the author wrote it. Formatted lines hold what the formatter writes back. The rule above says what one level of indent is. This rule says where the level starts from.
