Opens the report at the deepest shared package
All 3 scenarios hold
Nobody chooses the shape of a report. The shape follows the packages of the test classes that published. Each row below writes a published table as the class that ran it and the method that holds it.
The indexDepth option says how much of the tree gets an index page. That option has a feature of its own, beside this one.
Every page shares the packages above the root, so a reader walking through them never makes a choice there.
Classes that share no package leave the root page with no package to name it. The reporter leaves that page unnamed and the report titles it from the spec metadata. The row below writes it (root), which is the name the rows use for a page that has none.
